Job summary

Carrington Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst for a Law Firm in the City of London. The role offers a mix of 2 days remote and 3 days in the office in a new, modern workspace.

You will gather requirements, map processes, and engage senior stakeholders to translate business needs into practical technical solutions. The ideal candidate has Legal IT or Professional Services experience and strong communication and modelling skills.

Qualifications

• Law Firm / Legal IT or Professional Services experience is a MUST.
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels, including partners.
• Experience converting business needs into technical specifications.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Visio/Skore for process modelling and diagrams.
• Familiarity with IIBA/BCS best practices.
