You will conduct detailed analysis, map processes, and implement improvement measures to enhance safety outcomes for residents. Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification is required.
• Experience in business analysis and identifying improvements.
• Experience with systems implementation and optimisation.
• Delivery of business improvement projects within time, quality and budget.
• Creation of business cases for change and project documentation.
• Definition of business requirements leading to technology implementation.
• Production of quality BPMN process documentation.
• Ability to establish deadlines and prioritise workloads.

Responsibilities

• Make recommendations to the Senior Management Team to support decisions on business change.
• Liaise with internal and external customers to identify business needs.
• Review key business issues and identify how to improve performance.
• Conduct data analysis to establish areas for improvement.
• Ensure processes are communicated to and understood by all stakeholders.
