Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a PhD-level Biochemist to serve as an AI Data Trainer. You will design advanced biochemistry challenges, author ground-truth solutions, and audit AI outputs to improve scientific accuracy.

This is a remote hourly contract with flexible hours, suitable for 10–40 hours per week. Ideal candidates have deep domain knowledge, strong scientific communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• PhD (completed or in progress) in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a closely related field.
• Deep domain knowledge in at least one core area such as structural biology, enzymology, cellular metabolism, or bioinformatics.
• Able to explain highly technical biological concepts in writing with precision and clarity.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy when reviewing complex chemical equations, mechanisms, and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Design complex biochemistry challenges across domains like nucleic acid chemistry, proteomics, and drug-target interactions to rigorously test AI performance.
• Author ground-truth solutions with precise, step-by-step explanations that serve as gold standards for AI reasoning.
