This remote hourly contract offers 10–40 hours per week with flexible scheduling and collaboration with researchers on top AI projects in chemistry. A Master’s degree in Chemistry or related field, strong scientific reasoning, precise written communication, and independent work style are required;

What You'll Do

• Design advanced chemistry problems to rigorously test AI reasoning across domains such as chemical engineering, biochemistry, thermodynamics, and organic chemistry
• Develop detailed, step‑step solutions with clear and rigorous scientific logic
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
• Collaborate with researchers to develop and refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Master's‑level chemistry topics
• Provide structured written feedback that helps researchers identify gaps and improve model performance

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
• Strong scientific reasoning and problem‑solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
• Able to communicate complex concepts clearly and precisely in writing
• Detail‑oriented with a systematic approach to evaluating quality
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with large language models or AI research workflows
• Background spanning multiple chemistry sub‑disciplines
