Seetec is seeking a Bid Manager to deliver high quality bids on time and within budget, defining win-themes for each opportunity and ensuring bid writers understand the themes and solutions.

The successful candidate will have strong project management skills, plus excellent written and verbal communication, able to work across all business pillars to navigate complex delivery and funding models.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level (or equivalent by experience).
• Excellent project management skills; qualification in project management desirable.
• At least 2 years’ experience working in bid management.
• Proven track record of success in competitive tender/bid writing leading to contracts.
• Awareness of the national/political context in Employability, Skills and Justice operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead on researching, writing, preparing and submitting high quality bids and proposals in line with growth strategy; bid management and bid writing duties.
• Manage the progression of the bid through the bid governance process.
• Facilitate bid-related meetings.
• Collaborate with Strategic Partnerships to optimize partnerships/joint ventures for success.
• Contribute to development of delivery ideas and service delivery models.
• Ensure win themes are clearly defined and articulated throughout the bid narrative.
