Royal London in Wakefield / South Leeds seeks a Business Development Manager to drive new business targets across the UK adviser channel, working remotely with travel and a company car or allowance. You will build strong intermediary relationships and champion Royal London’s propositions to external clients.

You will collaborate across the business to maximise profitable new business production, deliver engaging sales presentations, and ensure a smooth, consumer‑duty‑driven sales process.

Competenze

• Experience in a Financial Services business development role.
• Ability to deliver sales with a consultative approach and strong communication.
• Level 4 qualification or working toward it within the required timeframe.
• Proven track record building relationships in face-to-face or video meetings.

Mansioni

• Deliver personal sales targets from a panel of Intermediaries and grow the panel.
• Champion Royal London’s propositions, representing Distribution to external customers.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximise profitable new business production and inform proposition development.
• Deliver sales presentations to Intermediaries to broaden and deepen reach to clients.
• Become a trusted partner to your panel, ensuring a smooth, professional sales process guided by consumer duty principles.
• Identify, measure and monitor risks and controls in line with the RCSA methodology.
• Support central sales campaigns and National Partnership events.
