Responsibilities

• Mapping the full product and order lifecycle end to end, order management, fulfilment, the lot.
• Translating business requirements into concrete technical impact across a multi-system estate, so engineering and architecture teams aren't left guessing
• Getting ahead of problems: supporting early estimation and flagging technical risk while there's still time to do something about it
• Working fluently across both worlds, conceptually sharp enough to challenge an integration approach, without needing to be the one writing the code
• Holding your nerve in ambiguity, and helping others find a way through it rather than waiting for perfect clarity
