Job summary

MRJ Recruitment Limited is seeking an ambitious B2C Product Manager to own a portfolio of four high-traffic consumer websites used by hundreds of thousands of visitors each month. You will shape product strategy, collaborate with Tech, UX/UI, and commercial teams to improve journeys and drive value.

As the business rolls out a new AI-driven platform and CMS, you will lead end-to-end delivery, optimise conversion, and identify opportunities from analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-traffic consumer digital estates.
• Strong focus on customer journeys and UX improvements.
• Familiarity with CMS or digital platform transformations.
• Collaboration with software engineering and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap across four consumer-facing websites.
• Improve end-to-end journeys and create richer experiences for consumers.
• Drive conversion optimisation and lead generation using data insights.
• Lead rollout of AI-driven consumer platform and CMS across brands.
• Identify new product opportunities from website analytics and traffic.
• Collaborate with AI-first engineering teams and embed modern AI tools.
• Work closely with a UX/UI designer to keep customer experience central.
• Help shape new products as the business expands into markets.
