Solis Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a growing B2B PropTech business to recruit a Product Manager who will own an area of the B2B Data & Intelligence portfolio, collaborating with the Director of Product and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes discovery, problem definition, testing hypotheses with data, and taking problems through full lifecycle to deliver measurable customer and commercial value.

Qualifications

• Experience taking products from discovery to delivery with engineering teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity and evidence-based problem solving.
• Ability to speak with customers and analyze qualitative/quantitative data.
• Experience in B2B SaaS and analytics or data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog for an area of the B2B Data & Intelligence portfolio.
• Lead customer and product discovery to understand problems before solutions.
• Turn customer needs into hypotheses tested with qualitative and quantitative evidence.
• Prioritise opportunities based on customer value, data, impact, effort and capacity.
• Work with Engineering, Data Operations and Data Engineering from discovery to delivery.
• Translate validated problems into outcomes and requirements.
• Balance value, complexity, speed and quality in decisions.
• Measure performance after launch and iterate based on evidence.
