Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to present to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience designing enterprise-grade integrations and architectures.
• Strong API knowledge (REST and GraphQL) for systems integrations.
• Proven track record in highly strategic B2B commerce environments.
• Ability to build scalable playbooks for mid-market B2B merchants.
• Experience in solutioning for omnichannel commerce and headless architectures.
• Familiarity with development lifecycles and modern tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with our most strategic prospective clients.
• Lead requirements discovery and solution presentations with Sales.
• Architect solutions from frontend to backend leveraging diverse team expertise.
• Ensure cohesive integration across pieces and stakeholder buy-in.
• Be the SME on Shopify’s ecosystem and platform capabilities.
• Mentor other client-facing teams on technical aspects.
