Huzzle is seeking a proactive Real Estate Lead Qualification & Appointment Setter to drive growth for a Manchester-based portfolio. You will handle inbound and portal inquiries, qualify high-intent leads, and schedule viewings. The role is fully remote with UK coverage.

You will manage CRM, nurture prospects via email and SMS, and track pipeline performance to ensure no missed opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Proven lead qualification and appointment-setting experience.
• Experience in Real Estate or Property industry.
• Excellent English communication and phone manner.
• Strong CRM management and data entry skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Serve as first point of contact for inbound calls and enquiries.
• Manage listings from major property portals.
• Qualify prospects and book viewings, valuations, or consultations.
• Maintain CRM and segment leads by Hot/Warm/Cold.
• Support email and SMS nurturing campaigns.
• Track pipeline performance and report outcomes.
