Knightsbridge Commercial Ltd, part of the K3 Advisory Group, is expanding its remote internal sales team. The role focuses on outbound B2B calls to small business owners, building rapport and presenting opportunities to sell their business.

You will work from home with a competitive basic salary (£27,000-£30,000), uncapped commission (OTE £40k+), and clear progression in a fast-growing UK group. Benefits include 25 days holiday, Friday 3pm finish, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Ambitious and driven to progress a career in sales.
• Experience in outbound cold calling is beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; upbeat, professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound B2B calls to small business owners.
• Work from our in-house CRM system.
• Arrange appointments for Corporate Directors when interest is shown.
• Deliver high-quality service with empathy, diligence and speed.
