AI Acquisition is seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative (Cold Email Outbound Closer) for a fully remote, full-time role. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close, running executive-level conversations and converting cold outreach into revenue in a global context.

The role requires 2–3+ years of quota-attained B2B sales, strong outbound experience, and consultative selling.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years B2B sales with quota achievement.
• Full-cycle sales experience is mandatory.
• Strong outbound experience (cold email/outreach).
• Closed mid-to-high-ticket deals.
• Experience in consultative, not transactional, selling.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery and sales calls with outbound prospects.
• Execute the full sales cycle: qualification → discovery → demo → negotiation → close.
• Convert cold email leads into revenue opportunities.
• Apply structured qualification frameworks to assess deal viability.
• Lead objection handling and commercial negotiations.
• Deliver ROI-focused product demonstrations.
• Send proposals, manage follow-ups, and secure signed agreements.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline; update CRM daily.
• Provide end-of-day pipeline reporting.
• Partner with SDR and leadership to optimize outbound performance.
