Immersive Labs is seeking an Associate Data Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC) in the UK, with remote work options. You will support the Finance team by delivering accurate data, insights, and timely reporting to multiple departments.

The role suits someone with 3–4 years of experience, adept at turning large datasets into actionable insights and with strong communication to non-technical stakeholders. This is a key growth stage for our data function.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of SQL with ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience with DBT and Snowflake is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Salesforce preferred.
• Excellent ability to translate data into concise reports for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and monitor systems for business analysis and data recording.
• Provide analytical support to GTM departments (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success).
• Enforce data governance standards and data integrity.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements with data-driven recommendations.
