Immersive is hiring an Associate Data Analyst to join the Finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with UK remote options. You will play a critical role delivering accurate data, insights, and dashboards to support multiple departments during a growth phase.

The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of experience in data analysis, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with Salesforce. The role offers flexible working and opportunities to influence business decisions with data-driven insights.

• Solid knowledge of SQL; DBT & Snowflake experience would be valuable.
• Familiarity with Salesforce will be given extra consideration.
• Exceptional ability to interpret large data sets and produce concise reports.

Associate Data Analyst - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) - UK (Remote)

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and data driven individual to join our Finance team as an Associate Reporting Analyst.

In this position you will play a critical role in supporting various departments by providing accurate, timely data and valuable business insights.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to make a substantial impact on our organisation during this current phase of company growth.

This role would most suit someone with a 3-4 years of experience as it is a mid-level role within the team

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

• Design and monitor robust systems for business analysis and data recording, ensuring efficiency and scalability across departments.
• Offer analytical support to GTM (Go-To-Market) departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to help them achieve their targets and objectives.
• Enforce data governance standards and best practices to maintain data integrity.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and provide data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of SQL. Ideally, some experience with DBT & Snowflake would be valuable.
• Any prior work experience in a related field is preferred, and familiarity with Salesforce will be given extra consideration.
• Exceptional ability to interpret large amounts of data and analyse it to produce concise reports.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for translating complex data into understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
