Immersive Labs is seeking an Associate Data Analyst on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) in the UK, remotely. You will join the Finance team to deliver accurate data and actionable insights across departments, with mid-level responsibilities and opportunities to influence growth.

The role suits someone with 3–4 years of experience who can translate complex data into clear reports and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to drive targets.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of SQL. Ideally, some experience with DBT & Snowflake would be valuable.
• Any prior work experience in a related field is preferred, and familiarity with Salesforce will be given extra consideration.
• Exceptional ability to interpret large amounts of data and analyse it to produce concise reports.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for translating complex data into understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and monitor robust systems for business analysis and data recording, ensuring efficiency and scalability across departments.
• Offer analytical support to GTM (Go-To-Market) departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to help them achieve their targets and objectives.
• Enforce data governance standards and best practices to maintain data integrity.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and provide data-driven recommendations.
