Job summary

Immersive is hiring an Associate Data Analyst to join the Finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with UK remote options. You will play a critical role delivering accurate data, insights, and dashboards to support multiple departments during a growth phase.

The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of experience in data analysis, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with Salesforce. The role offers flexible working and opportunities to influence business decisions with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of SQL; DBT & Snowflake experience would be valuable.
• Familiarity with Salesforce will be given extra consideration.
• Exceptional ability to interpret large data sets and produce concise reports.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written, for translating data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and monitor robust systems for business analysis and data recording across departments.
• Provide analytical support to GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to hit targets.
• Enforce data governance standards to maintain data integrity.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and data-driven recommendations.
