Job summary

Immersive Labs is seeking an Associate Data Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract in the UK (remote). You will join the Finance team to provide accurate data, reports, and insights that support multiple departments during a period of rapid growth.

This mid-level role suits applicants with 3–4 years of experience and solid SQL skills, with DBT, Snowflake, and Salesforce familiarity. You will translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders and help drive governance

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of SQL. Ideally, some experience with DBT and Snowflake.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to interpret large data and produce concise reports.
• Strong verbal and written communication for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and monitor robust systems for business analysis and data recording.
• Provide analytical support to GTM departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to meet targets.
• Enforce data governance standards to maintain data integrity.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements with data-driven recommendations.
