Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our Homes Team, supporting housing management across a portfolio of affordable properties in the South East.

This role is predominantly remote with occasional travel across the South East; a driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

You will work with residents, Property Managers, clients and contractors to ensure excellent service and well-maintained properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing, residential lettings, or property management.
• Strong communication, organisational and IT skills.
• Desire to pursue professional qualification (ARLA or CIH).

Responsibilities

• Support Property Managers with day-to-day management of affordable housing portfolios in the South East.
• Assist in managing client portals and respond to housing management queries promptly.
• Keep customer records and client systems up to date.
• Assist with void properties, viewings, sign-ups and move-ins.
• Welcome residents and provide tenancy information.
• Support residents throughout the tenancy journey and deliver excellent service.
• Produce reports and administrative documentation as required.
• Collaborate with residents, contractors and clients to maintain service standards.
