Job summary

Stonewater is recruiting an Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Caseworker to take ownership of casework from intake to resolution. This role is home-based and covers Devon, Somerset, North Somerset, Bristol and South Gloucestershire, operating within our Customer Experience Directorate.

You will work with Police, Local Authorities and external partners to resolve complex cases, including safeguarding those with diverse needs, and you may present cases in civil or criminal courts as required.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing anti-social behaviour cases.
• Experience with external stakeholder partnerships.
• Understanding of housing law and ASB legislation.
• Experience with harm-based ASB triage.
• Safeguarding experience with people with complex needs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience delivering digital solutions and change.
• Ability to work in multi-agency, complex relationships.
• Experience preparing complex case files for court.
• Ability to prioritise and manage a complex caseload.
• Experience with mediation or conflict resolution services.
