Job summary

Stonewater in the South West is seeking an Anti-Social Behaviour Caseworker to own casework end-to-end and deliver efficient customer resolutions. The role involves preparing and presenting cases at court, collaborating with Police, Local Authorities and health partners, and engaging with customers who may face challenging circumstances.

The ideal candidate will have ASB case management experience, strong stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to use digital tools for service improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing anti-social behaviour cases.
• Experience of developing partnerships with external stakeholders.
• Understanding of the law and relevant legislation around housing, ASB and safeguarding.
• Experience of Harm based ASB triage.
• Experience safeguarding and managing cases involving people with specialist and complex needs.
• Outstanding communication skills with ability to influence and negotiate outcomes.
• Skills in adopting new digital solutions and delivering change.
• Experience of partnership working to meet customers’ needs across multi‑agency relationships.
• Experience of preparing complex case files for court and presenting in civil or criminal courts.
• Ability to effectively problem-solve and manage a complex caseload.
• Experience of mediation or conflict resolution services.

Responsibilities

• Own ASB casework from start to finish and ensure timely resolutions.
• Prepare and present cases at court to a high standard.
• Collaborate with Police, Local Authority, Mental Health Services and external legal partners.
• Travel to court hearings and conduct field visits to customers and communities.
• Use data and behavioural insights to propose service improvements and drive change.
