Tax Debt LTD is seeking a confident, organised Remote Appointment Setter to join our team. You will contact prospective clients by phone and email, identify their initial needs, and schedule consultations with our specialists.

You will maintain accurate records in the CRM, coordinate with sales and support, and strive to meet targets for calls, follow-ups and appointments while handling information securely in line with data protection procedures.

Qualifications

• Professional and friendly telephone manner.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiar with email, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
• Good time management and the ability to follow a structured schedule.
• Previous experience in appointment setting, telesales, customer service, or lead generation desirable but not essential.
• Willingness to learn company procedures and follow approved communication guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients by telephone, email, and other approved communication channels.
• Introduce Tax Debt LTD's services clearly and professionally.
• Identify potential clients who may benefit from a consultation.
• Schedule appointments for the consultation team and confirm booking details.
• Follow up with prospective clients regarding scheduled appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and appointments in the CRM system.
• Respond to basic enquiries using approved company information and scripts.
• Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Meet agreed performance targets for calls, follow-ups, and appointments.
• Handle confidential client information responsibly and follow company data protection procedures.
