MBN Solutions is hiring an Applied AI Engineer for a growing business putting AI at the centre of its operations. You’ll own systems that handle complex workflows and make them more capable, reliable and scalable.

You’ll shape how AI applications are built, evaluated and deployed, with influence over architecture and implementation, and direct access to colleagues across engineering, product and operations. Fully remote within the UK or Europe, with UK hours and occasional in-person gatherings.

• Ownership of production code and delivery
• Experience building applications with LLMs or agentic workflows
• Ability to reason about system design, integrations and reliability
• Ability to evaluate AI systems beyond demos
• Comfort solving unfamiliar problems without a detailed spec
