Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an experienced Application Engineer to support customers across Europe. This remote role covers the UK and Europe and involves collaborating with Sales, R&D and Product Development to solve complex packaging challenges for the food industry.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in flexible packaging, ideally with experience supporting hard cheese or dairy packaging, and is confident communicating with customers while travelling as needed.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an Application Engineer or similar in packaging.
• Strong background in flexible packaging for food/dairy products.
• Customer-facing, technically confident with travel across UK & Europe.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers across Europe.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D and Product Development to solve packaging challenges.
• Support packaging trials and optimise packaging processes.
