CI Games Group is seeking a remote Animation Production Coordinator to support the Animation department. The role focuses on keeping accurate progress tracking, capacity planning and blockers visible to the Animation Director.

You will coordinate with animators, design, code, tech animation, VFX and production to ensure clean, trustworthy information for planning. Requires 3+ years in games, strong Jira experience, and proactive, detail-oriented collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong Jira / project-tracking experience.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with schedules, estimates, time data and reporting.
• Proactive communication with animators, designers and production teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational support to the Animation department and maintain clear visibility of progress, priorities, capacity and blockers.
• Keep Animation Jira tickets accurate with estimates, statuses, priorities and ownership.
• Track EOD updates and time logging; identify missing/inconsistent information and follow up.
• Ensure Animation plans, spreadsheets and Jira are aligned and up to date.
• Identify stale Jira tickets, missing estimates, overdue work and capacity gaps.
• Maintain a live view of the animation team’s capacity, assignments and upcoming work.
• Prepare concise daily and weekly Animation progress information.
• Capture actions from meetings and ensure they become tracked tasks.
