Job summary

Blue Zoo Animation Studio, a leading UK animation studio, is seeking a Production Coordinator to act as the central communication hub across all departments and with clients. You will help plan and troubleshoot the production pipeline, resource allocation, and ensure delivery within schedule and budget.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent organisation, and calm under pressure. Hybrid and remote working options are available as the team grows for a feature animation project starting

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and communication to motivate and guide teams under tight deadlines.
• Experience with production management software and Microsoft Office is required.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team player who can work collaboratively across departments.
• Self-motivated with the ability to deliver on schedule under pressure.
• Hardworking and efficient with good IT skills.
• Excellent at controlling finances and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Act as the communication hub across all animation departments and with clients.
