Blue Zoo, a leading UK animation studio, seeks a Production Coordinator based in the UK with hybrid/remote options starting Autumn 2026. You will act as the communication hub across animation departments, help plan the pipeline, and optimise resource use to meet schedules and budgets.

The role emphasizes strong organisation, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure. Experience with production management software and MS Office is valued, and the team prioritises wellbeing

Responsibilities

• Act as the communication hub across all animation departments, as well as with our clients.
• Help to plan and troubleshoot the pipeline for production
• Plan with the available resources to optimise the efficiency of each department, in line with the schedule and budget.
• Be across all aspects of the production as a whole, as well as individual departments.
• Ensuring the team are working towards the various goals and deadlines that the production demands.
