Job summary

Ford Credit Europe seeks an Anaplan Development Lead to define and own the strategic roadmap for Anaplan across Europe. You will lead a high‑performing team with global touchpoints, driving architecture, governance, and automation to enable world‑class planning and performance management.

You will collaborate with Finance, FP&A and Shared Services to tailor fit‑for‑purpose solutions, mentor developers and ensure secure, scalable models in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Anaplan Solution Architect certification required.
• Experience delivering full Anaplan lifecycles (design, build, deployment, support) for 5+ years.
• Strong understanding of multi‑dimensional modelling, data integrations and Anaplan architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the long‑term Anaplan strategy and architecture for FCE.
• Design, build and enhance Anaplan models for forecasting, budgeting and reporting.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex Anaplan initiatives with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Mentor Anaplan developers and ensure disciplined ALM and secure deployments.
