Affirm in the UK is seeking an Analytics Lead, Full Stack to join the Growth Analytics International team. You will establish scalable analytics for new international markets, starting with Australia, and partner across Product, Risk, Finance, Commercial, and Operations.

You will translate insights into business cases, craft dashboards, mentor junior analysts, and influence decisions with data-driven narratives in a remote-first setup.

Qualifications

• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven growth strategies.
• Proven ability to build dashboards and translate data into recommendations.
• Strong SQL and Python for analytic work.

Responsibilities

• Establish and evolve the analytics framework for new international markets.
• Identify opportunities and improve user experience, growth and profitability.
• Own end-to-end analytics processes, metrics, insights, and dashboards.
