Job summary

Futureheads Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Staff Full Stack Data Analyst to join a mature Data & AI team. You will partner with senior commercial leaders to drive decision-making across customer acquisition, retention, growth, and customer success, while owning analytics initiatives.

This 9-12 month contract offers remote or hybrid work from the UK and an opportunity to mentor analysts and deliver AI-enabled insights that unlock commercial impact from day one.

Qualifications

• Own analytics architecture underpinning commercial and customer lifecycle reporting.
• Define and govern key business and GTM metrics.
• Turn complex stakeholder questions into actionable data insights.
• Deliver deep analysis on customer behaviour, retention, growth, and commercial performance.
• Drive improvements in data quality, governance, and reporting standards.
• Build analytics solutions enabling self-service reporting and AI-driven insights.
• Mentor analysts and raise standards across the data function.
