Tall Grass Recruitment is partnering with a leading global freight forwarding business to recruit a Business Development Manager for Air & Sea Freight. This fully remote role offers up to 80,000 basic salary, car allowance, and uncapped bonus potential across the UK.

You will identify, develop, and secure new opportunities, building long-term relationships and delivering tailored logistics solutions while collaborating with operations to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience selling Air & Sea Freight solutions.
• Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
• New business development experience within freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and secure new Air & Sea Freight business in the UK.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build relationships with SMEs and corporate customers.
• Produce tailored freight and logistics solutions.
• Collaborate with internal operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and hit revenue targets.
