Qualifications

• Significant experience in leadership, consulting, transformation, or commercial decision-making.
• Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders with confidence and credibility.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic mindset with ability to turn ambiguity into structured recommendations.
• Interest in innovation, digital change, and AI-enabled business improvement.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Candidates must be legally authorised to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Advise CEOs, founders, and executive stakeholders on AI-related business strategy and transformation priorities
• Assess business challenges, operating models, and growth opportunities where AI-informed approaches may add value
• Facilitate strategic conversations with senior stakeholders to clarify priorities, risks, and implementation considerations
• Develop practical recommendations, roadmaps, and action plans aligned to business goals
• Support leadership teams in evaluating opportunities for digital transformation, process improvement, and innovation
• Translate emerging AI concepts into commercially relevant business language for non-technical stakeholders
• Maintain clear records of recommendations, actions, and stakeholder follow-up
