Alignerr is seeking Masters and PhD level researchers to design and solve advanced AI problems from a remote setting. You will craft multi-disciplinary challenges that push AI reasoning to its limits and collaborate with leading AI labs.

Applicants should have a STEM master/PhD, a strong research track record, and excellent written and verbal communication. This is a fully remote, freelance hourly role with possible extension based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Holds a Master’s or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field.
• Proven track record in research, publications, or complex projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Self-directed and reliable; works independently.
• Fluent in English; based in eligible remote regions.

Responsibilities

• Design, solve, and review advanced interdisciplinary problems with real-world relevance.
• Construct complex problem statements to stress-test AI reasoning.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to improve models.
• Uphold academic rigor, clarity, and depth in all deliverables.
