Job summary

Alignerr is seeking Masters & PhD-level researchers for AI training work. This is a fully remote, hourly-contract role with flexible 10–40 hours per week, designed for serious researchers who want to shape AI systems.

You will tackle complex, multi-disciplinary problems, craft precise problem statements, and review AI outputs for academic rigor. Prior experience in STEM research and strong writing are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field.
• Proven track record in research, publications, or complex technical projects.
• Excellent written communicator with clarity and precision.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve advanced, multi-disciplinary problems with real-world relevance across domain expertise.
• Apply research background to craft complex problem statements that sharpen AI reasoning.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs for rigor, accuracy, and depth.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to improve model performance.
• Ensure clarity, precision, and intellectual integrity across all deliverables.
