Alignerr Corp. is seeking a General Postdoctoral Researcher (Masters/PhDs) for AI training. This remote, hourly-contract role offers flexible 10-40 hours per week and the opportunity to tackle advanced problems across domains with real-world impact.

You will design and evaluate AI reasoning tasks, collaborate asynchronously with researchers, and contribute to rigorous, peer‑review–level outputs. Fluent English required; candidates with Master\'s or PhD in STEM from a top university preferred.

Formación

• Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a top university.
• Strong track record of research, publications, or complex technical project management.
• Excellent written communication; ability to explain difficult ideas clearly.
• Fluent in English and able to work independently.

• Develop, solve, and review advanced problems across academic and professional domains with real-world relevance.
• Apply your research expertise to design complex, challenging problem statements that stress-test and improve AI reasoning.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to enhance model performance.
• Evaluate AI outputs for academic rigor, logical soundness, and depth.
• Ensure clarity and precision across all deliverables - the same standard you'd hold to a peer-reviewed submission.
