Alignerr is seeking a General Postdoctoral Researcher (Masters/PhDs) for AI training. This remote, hourly contract role invites researchers to design and evaluate advanced, multidisciplinary problems that push AI reasoning and problem solving.

You'll collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers, apply domain expertise to craft challenging prompts, and assess outputs for rigor, clarity, and intellectual integrity. Flexible hours range from 10 to 40 per week.

General Postdoctoral Researcher (Masters/PhDs) - AI Training

• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without close supervision
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI evaluation systems
• Proficiency in Python, R, or other research-oriented programming languages
• Background spanning multiple technical disciplines
• Familiarity with AI tools or model evaluation workflows
