Alignerr is seeking Masters and PhD researchers to shape how advanced AI systems think, reason, and solve problems. The role focuses on designing complex tasks, stress-testing AI reasoning, and advancing the AI frontier.

This is a remote, hourly-contract position with flexible scheduling and collaborative opportunities across top labs. You will work independently on challenging problems, produce rigorous outputs, and contribute to publications and rigorous evaluation of AI results.

Qualifications

• Holds a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a top university.
• Strong track record in research, publications, or complex technical project work.
• Excellent written communication and the ability to present complex ideas clearly.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and solve advanced multi-disciplinary problems that challenge and improve AI reasoning capabilities.
• Apply your research expertise to create complex, rigorous problem statements with real-world relevance.
• Review and evaluate AI outputs for academic rigor, logical soundness, and depth.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts across leading research labs.
• Ensure clarity, precision, and intellectual integrity across deliverables.
• Work independently on task-based assignments fully on your own schedule.
