Alignerr is seeking a General Postdoctoral Researcher ( Masters/PhDs ) for AI training. This fully remote, hourly contract role invites researchers to tackle advanced AI reasoning challenges alongside leading labs.

You will work asynchronously, 10–40 hours weekly, with no required industry experience, focusing on rigorous problem solving, publication-worthy work, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master's or PhD in a STEM field from a top university.
• Strong track record of research or publications.
• Excellent written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, solve, and critically review advanced problems across STEM with real-world relevance.
