Alignerr is seeking a General Postdoctoral Researcher to join our remote team. This hourly contract offers 10–40 hours weekly to collaborate with leading AI researchers, developing and training cutting-edge models.

The role requires a Masters or PhD in a STEM field, fluency in English, and a track record of research. You will work asynchronously with experts to advance AI reasoning and publish impactful results. Candidates must be based in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, or New Zealand.

• Strong track record of research, publications, or complex project management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and based in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, U.K., or Australia.
