Job summary

Inspirec, part of the Goaco Group, seeks an AI/ML DevOps Engineer to rapidly prototype and integrate AI models into real-world systems. You will design prompting strategies, perform lightweight fine-tuning, and collaborate with researchers to ensure usable, ethical AI outcomes.

Work will involve prototyping with Hugging Face, LangChain, PyTorch, and TensorFlow, and integrating AI capabilities across product environments in a fast-moving, agile setting. Remote work options are available in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proficient in rapid prototyping with foundation models, APIs and modern AI tools.
• Strong in prompt design, evaluation methods, and model behavior.
• Experience with lightweight fine-tuning or adaptation to match outputs.
• Ability to integrate AI into existing systems and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop rapid prototypes using foundation models, APIs, and modern AI tools.
• Design prompting strategies and evaluation methods for model behavior.
• Conduct lightweight fine-tuning or model adaptation to align outputs with needs.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems, workflows, and product environments.
• Collaborate with user researchers and stakeholders to iteratively improve prototypes based on feedback.
• Support the evaluation of AI solutions against technical benchmarks and success criteria.
• Proficient in Python with experience using frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and vector database concepts.
• Proven ability to rapidly prototype, experiment, and iterate in agile environments.
• Familiarity with AI model evaluation methods including bias and ethical considerations.
