Job summary

QA Limited in Manchester is seeking a Product & Customer Success Executive to guide customers from onboarding to value realization. You will collaborate with customers, product and engineering teams to understand needs and shape the Harold platform.

This role offers exposure to product management, customer success, implementation and technical consulting, with opportunities to influence roadmap and accelerate your career in a fast-moving AI startup.

Qualifications

• Entry requirement includes Level 3 Qualification or equivalent work experience.
• 5 GCSEs including English & Maths at minimum grade 4 (C) or above.
• Experience in product, customer success or tech is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage customer onboarding after the sales process to accelerate value.
• Gather user feedback and translate needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Support integrations and test new features with real customer scenarios.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to shape the roadmap.
