Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology sales experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• 3+ years in payments or financial services industry.
• Proven success in enterprise new-business and expansion sales motions.
• Experience selling complex, technical, or regulated products through multi-stakeholder buying processes.
• Ability to hire, train, and coach a high-performance sales team in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and drive collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and lead a team of product sales executives delivering growth across Fraud & Risk products.
• Navigate consultative, technical, and cross-functional sales cycles with partners across Core Sales, Product, Solutions Architecture, Finance, Marketing, and Sales Development.
• Set strategy and operating plans to meet pipeline, bookings, adoption, and revenue targets.
• Manage pipeline creation, deal progression, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to identify and execute on high-potential fraud opportunities.
• Develop scalable sales motions for new business, expansion, and strategic account growth.
• Provide feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing to surface market needs.
