Job summary

Metaview is hiring our first Implementation Specialist to own how customers experience the product from signature to steady state. You’ll manage configuration, run trainings, and ensure users go live with Metaview agents chosen by each client.

You’ll drive success criteria and ROI through hands-on setup and tailored workflows. This role is highly hands-on, defining what great onboarding looks like while learning how AI gets adopted inside modern recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to run multiple implementations at once.
• Interest in how products work, with attention to detail.
• Experience teaching users and driving adoption of software.

Responsibilities

• Run implementations for strategic customers from plan to live state.
• Configure and tailor Metaview for each client, incl. ATS integrations.
• Lead training sessions and onboarding to drive ongoing usage.
• Monitor adoption and deliver targeted re-training as needed.
• Create reusable assets from each implementation for future use.
