Version 1 is seeking a hands-on AI/ML Engineer in Manchester to design, deploy, and optimize machine learning and Generative AI solutions. You will build production-grade AI applications, integrate AI models into core business systems, and support the full lifecycle of AI development with a focus on reliability and scale.

The role emphasizes modern AI technologies, software engineering best practices, and close collaboration with Solution Architects, Product Managers, and Engineering Teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ML engineering or data science with production deployment experience.
• Experience building Gen AI apps including RAG systems and LLM integrations.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with solid software engineering practices.

Responsibilities
