Job summary

TwinStream is seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to coordinate multi-team delivery in a fully remote setting across the United Kingdom. You will drive flow-based agile practices, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure alignment with programme objectives across several workstreams.

You will support roadmaps, governance, and stakeholder communications, while promoting continuous delivery, transparency, and improvement of delivery frameworks.

Qualifications

• Must be based in the UK.
• Eligible for DV security clearance.
• Experience delivering software across multiple teams or workstreams.
• Strong understanding of flow-based agile delivery and programme-level planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Pragmatic, solution-focused approach with clarity in uncertain situations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery across projects and workstreams to align with programme objectives.
• Maintain programme progress, risks, dependencies, and resources.
• Support roadmaps and planning with Technical Leads and stakeholders.
• Lead delivery using Kanban and flow-based agile practices.
• Promote continuous delivery and reduce bottlenecks across stages.
• Provide progress reports to sponsors and leadership.
• Document decisions, risks, issues, and actions traceably.
• Coordinate dependencies with vendors.
• Assist pre-sales, project estimation, and change discussions.
• Improve delivery frameworks, tools, and documentation.
