Flight Centre Travel Group's Corporate Traveller is seeking a part-time Emergency Assist Travel Consultant to support after-hours travel disruptions for corporate travellers across the UK. You will deliver exceptional service, manage urgent requests, and work with internal teams to resolve itinerary changes.

We value travel knowledge, Amadeus GDS experience, strong communication, and a calm, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as Travel Consultant.
• Experience using Amadeus GDS or similar.
• Strong travel industry and fares knowledge.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• A genuine team-player mindset and willingness to support colleagues and customers alike.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and travel support in an after-hours environment.
• Manage urgent travel requests, itinerary changes and disruptions.
• Build strong relationships with customers, travellers and internal teams.
• Utilise your travel expertise to identify solutions quickly and effectively.

• Advocate customer-first solutions while supporting preferred supplier strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless support for travellers around the globe.
