Job summary

Corporate Traveller, part of the Flight Centre Travel Group, seeks an Emergency Assist Travel Consultant to support corporate travellers during disruptions and after-hours. You will handle urgent requests, changes and provide solution-driven service in a fast-paced environment.

Join a collaborative team, build relationships with travellers and internal groups, and deliver world-class assistance across a variety of scenarios. 16.25 hours per week with rotating weekend and weekday shifts.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Travel Consultant.
• Experience using Amadeus GDS or similar.
• Strong travel industry and fares knowledge.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• A genuine team-player mindset and willingness to support colleagues and customers alike.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and travel support in an after-hours environment.
• Manage urgent travel requests, itinerary changes and disruptions.
• Build strong relationships with customers, travellers and internal teams.
• Utilise your travel expertise to identify solutions quickly and effectively.
• Maintain high service standards while meeting operational targets and KPIs.
• Advocate customer-first solutions while supporting preferred supplier strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless support for travellers around the globe.
