Job summary

Corporate Traveller, part of Flight Centre Travel Group, is seeking a Team Manager – Emergency Assist to lead a world-class crisis response operation. You will oversee the Emergency Assist consultants, drive performance, and ensure timely, care-focused support for travellers around the clock.

We’re looking for a senior travel professional with 3+ years in business travel, GDS expertise, and experience managing 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 year business travel experience, of which at least one year Senior Business Travel Consultant level.
• Experience in Amadeus GDS: Amadeus - Preferred but not Essential.
• Extensive travel industry, product and fares knowledge.
• Experience working within, or managing, a 24/7 or shift-based operation.
• Prior exposure to crisis, emergency or duty-of-care management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Emergency Assist team to monitor, alert and respond to crises 24/7.
• Own day-to-day leadership of consultants and escalation for major incidents.
• Ensure customers receive market-leading crisis support and duty-of-care.
