Job summary

Doctor Care Anywhere is hiring Advanced Clinical Practitioners to conduct remote consultations and deliver high-quality care through our digital platform. The role requires independence, robust clinical judgement, and adherence to professional standards.

You will work 16+ hours per week with fixed shifts and flexible ad-hoc options, including day and evening slots. Competitive salary is offered with remote working and benefits in a UK-wide setting.

Qualifications

• Registration with a professional body (NMC/HCPC/GPhC).
• Postgraduate diploma (Level 7) or Masters in Advanced Clinical Practice or credential route.
• Independent prescribing qualification (essential).
• Experience in NHS primary care/general practice is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and treat patients remotely.
• Prescribe within scope of practice and clinical governance.
• Document consultations in patient records according to policy.
