Guided Growth in the United Kingdom seeks an Online Education Appointment Setter to manage rapid outreach to families interested in A Level Maths programmes. You will schedule live group presentations or one-to-one calls, handling questions with care while not closing sales yourself.

Remote UK-based role with a structured commission plan and uncapped earnings potential. The position offers a base of £1,000 per month plus commissions, bonuses, and a strong lead flow to fuel a recurring target.

Qualifications

• UK-based with fluent spoken and written English.
• Experience in appointment setting, outreach or phone-based customer conversations, or completed recognised sales training.
• Confident on the phone and able to handle a high volume of calls and messages daily.
• CRM experience (GoHighLevel or similar) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Make calls and messages to new enquiries as quickly as possible.
• Follow up with webinar attendees, previous enquiries, no-shows and families who did not enrol.
• Identify why the student struggles with A Level Maths and what the family wants.
• Book qualified families into live group presentations or one-to-one calls with the closer.
• Send confirmations and reminders, rebook no-shows promptly.
• Answer parents' questions before/after calls to build trust and aid decision-making.
• Keep the CRM, calendar and activity tracker up to date with lead details and outcomes.
• Provide clear notes to the closer before every call.
• Attend weekday Zoom sales huddles and submit end-of-day outreach reports.
• Suggest new follow-up messages and approaches to improve bookings.
